Key Features:
High-definition high-line printing plus fully automatic high-speed linkage, one-step forming, labor and material saving, with dual improvements in packaging effect and production capacity.
Application:
Mainly used for high-definition batch printing and forming of medium-to-high grade cartons such as corrugated boxes, color boxes, food packaging, express e-commerce boxes and industrial outer packaging.
Core Structure:
Leading Edge Section:
1.The front stop mechanism features electric transverse movement, consisting of a gear motor, lead screw, baffle, stop pillar, etc. The front baffle adopts linear guide and roller lead screw, and the left/right baffles are made of aluminum.
2.Equipped with a simple brush dust removal system.
3.The main electrical panel is equipped with an LCD screen.
4.The leading edge is equipped with a sheet-separating feeding function.

Printing Section:
1.The whole machine adopts double-layer covers. The inner cover is welded with 6mm and 10mm steel plates. Double worm gear boxes are used for clearance adjustment of the whole machine.
2.Equipped with brake motor and encoder, featuring fast and accurate adjustment. 360° forward and reverse phase adjustment is available during operation and stop.
3.The phase is controlled by a 7-inch LCD screen.
Drying Section:
1.Infrared heating system, fast and stable temperature rise. Heating power of each section is about 45 kW.
2.Constant temperature control, sectional heating, saving electric heating power.


Suction Box:
The vacuum suction box adopts the most advanced technology. The supporting bearings of the conveying roller shafts are all equipped with oil cups to ensure high-speed operation of the machine.Equipped with a 7.5 KW high-pressure centrifugal fan for suction-assisted paper feeding, the air volume is adjusted by a frequency converter to ensure stable transmission, enabling smooth conveying of thin, warped and low-quality cardboard with obvious effect.During printing of cardboard of different sizes, the air volume is adjusted pneumatically by dampers to ensure sufficient air volume required for color registration.
