Applicable to mild, moderate, and severe pollution (for severe pollution such as paint and rust, professional cleaning agents need to be used in combination). The installation tilt angle of photovoltaic panels is preferably less than 10°.

Multi-mode combination

2+2 cleaning mode: Dry & wet cleaning + automatic & manual modes are optional, with the number and material of ancillary components like rolling brushes and squeegees being customizable. The modular design of the body allows for assembly and replacement within 5 minutes, offering more cleaning possibilities in complex scenarios and ensuring cleaning results.

Intelligent safety

Equipped with various sensors such as ultrasonic, vision, lidar, RTK, and IMU, it achieves outdoor positioning, navigation, path planning, cliff detection, autonomous endurance operation, and other intelligent functions through algorithm fusion technology without manual intervention, making PV cleaning operations safer and more efficient.

Functional Features

Automatic path planning
An executable optimal cleaning path can be automatically planned based on the PV panel array. Horizontal or vertical path cleaning can also be set manually. Operation can be done with one button. The switch is convenient.
Cliff detection
Accurately detect the spacing between the vehicle body and photovoltaic panels. When detecting the absence of continuous photovoltaic panels ahead, it can intelligently stop and slowly back up, automatically switch paths for operation, and avoid safety accidents.
Automatic lane change
It can achieve lane changing in place or with one machine body position, and ensures a certain overlap rate of the brushes during the lane changing process. In automatic mode, the overlap rate can be intelligently adjusted according to the actual length and width of the photovoltaic panel array, effectively avoiding missed cleaning.
Dynamic deviation correction
If the photovoltaic cleaning robot experiences bumps or deviation in its travel angle due to external influences during operation, it can utilize visual environmental perception technology to correct the deviation in real time and automatically adjust the cleaning path, ensuring straight-line operation with a deviation correction accuracy of ±1%.
Autonomous return
Based on RTK positioning technology/SLAM technology, the return coordinates are self-calibrated, and real-time positioning is achieved through the fusion of multiple algorithms and multi-sensors. After cleaning, it returns to the return point for convenient retrieval.
Operationin special weather
With a protection level of IP65 and corrosion resistance of C3, it has strong adaptability to working environments and can operate normally in environments with moderate rainfall and large temperature differences.
