Printing and Die-cutting Department：
1.Optimized structure for printing, slotting and die-cutting. The built-in mechanism adjusts planetary gear clearance after long operation, maintaining precise motion and accurate color registration permanently.
2.Intelligent full-auto control system. All radial and axial parameters are set via touch screen; feeding, printing, slotting and die-cutting adjust automatically without manual work, greatly boosting efficiency.
3.Order storage & automatic job change in the system, ensuring faster switchover and simpler operation.
Folder Gluer Linkage Line：
1.The folder gluer linkage consists of three core sections: gluing, folding, and counting & delivery.
2.Connected inline with our printer, processed carton boards receive even adhesive on flaps, then are precisely folded by dual-side folding arms and wheels. Boards are counted, stacked automatically per preset quantity, and finished glued cartons are discharged via conveyor.
